Here is the same group of corporate headshots I did recently of R.G. Packman & Associates Ltd. Some people think black and white conversion is a quick click of a button and voila...black and white images. Although that is possible and perhaps what many people do, I just want to say it is not the case with me as it doesn't give you the best result. There is definitely a lot of trial and error on my part as the conversion methodology that worked for the last photo might not look good for this photo I am working on this time. Anyhow, all this to say that in my opinion, nothing automatic is every great.
